I won the day

Had a good day to day despite some negative thoughts creeping up during the day. I am happy to say I was able to neutralize a lot of the negativity I was feeling today by doing Theta Yogic breathing. This is the first time that I have actually been able to get rid of my negative emotions and soon as they popped up. This is all thanks to what I am learning in my coaching sessions.
